In King’s Landing, in his ship still docked in the harbor, Doran’s son Trystane Martell is painting stones for Myrcella’s funeral. Obara and Nymeria, two of the Sand Snakes, enter his cabin stating their intent to kill him. Despite proclaiming that he does not want to fight his family he is murdered by Obara after she drives a spear into his head.
TRYSTANE: I told you I’m not hungry.
OBARA: We’re not here to feed you. We’re here to kill you.
NYMERIA: You want her to do it or me?
TRYSTANE: We are family. I don’t want to hurt you.
NYMERIA: Her or me?
TRYSTANE: You.
NYMERIA: Good.
OBARA: Smart boy.
